101 Business Center, Inc. is an independent executive suite operator based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Beginning January 1, 2003, we have been providing superior service in a Class A facility to a wide range of clientele. 101 Business Center, as well as the Tower 101 building which opened in November 2001, are both owned by CAPROC Third Avenue LLC, a Michigan based company.
The 101 Business Center staff is equipped with a wide range of skills from customer service, business management, and computer network administration, to marketing, general administration, and secretarial expertise.

From I-95, exit Broward Boulevard and head east approximately 2 miles to NE Third Avenue. Turn left (north), then immediately left (west) again onto NE First Street. You will see the parking entrance on your right.
